ACTION: Final Rules

SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2019-06 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) use of products and services of Kaspersky Lab; (2) update of “Affiliates” and Section 8(a) clauses; (3) update to Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS); and (4) New World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement Country – Australia.

DATES: The effective date for Item I is September 10, 2019. The effective date for Items II, III, and IV is October 10, 2019.
