ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-65 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) prohibition on contracting with inverted domestic corporations; (2) extension of sunset date for protests of task and delivery orders; (3) implementation of the United States – Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement; and (4) unallowability of costs associated with foreign contractor excise tax.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is January 29, 2013, except Item IV is effective February 28, 2013.
