ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-61 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement; (2) delete outdated reference to the Department of Defense (DOD) Industrial Preparedness Program; (3) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and small business size standards; (4) bid protest and appeal authorities; and (5) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is September 13, 2012, except Items II and III are effective October 15, 2012.
