ACTION: Interim and Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-59 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) prohibition on contracting With inverted domestic corporations; (2) implementation of the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement; and (3) revision of the Cost Accounting Standards threshold.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is May 10, 2012, except Item II is effective May 15, 2012.
