SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Section 816 of Public Law 108-375 increased, from $500,000 to $1,000,000, the threshold at which defense contractors must provide information on subcontracting authority of contractor personnel to cooperative agreement holders, upon request. This interim rule amends the prescription for DFARS 252.205-7000, which contains this requirement, in DFARS 205.470 to reflect the new dollar threshold by removing “$500,000” and replacing it with “$1,000,000.”
