SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: EPA held a contractor forum on April 10, 2000, and several questions and contractor concerns arose regarding EPA's administration of its COI procedures. In addition, many attendees expressed a desire to present their COI issues and concerns to EPA. Therefore, EPA decided to conduct a COI forum. EPA does not plan to make any presentations, but will hear any contractor concerns and will answer any questions. "It is our desire to make policies and contract provisions that are fairly and reasonably implemented and administered, as well as take into consideration the concerns of all interested parties," says the EPA in its letter of May 24, 2000, announcing the COI meeting.
