ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-56 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) women-owned small business (WOSB) program; (2) proper use and management of cost-reimbursement contracts; (3) requirements for acquisitions pursuant to multiple-award contracts; (4) socioeconomic program parity; (5) Trade Agreements thresholds; (6) new Designated Country (Armenia) and other Trade Agreements updates; (7) government property; and (8) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is April 2, 2012, except Items V and VIII are effective March 2, 2012.
