ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-31 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) small business size rerepresentation; (2) clarification of submission of cost or pricing data on non-commercial modifications of commercial items; (3) amendments to incorporate new wage determinations; (4) Least Developed Countries that are Designated Countries; (5) Federal Food Donation Act of 2008; and (6) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is March 19, 2009, except that the effective date for items (1) and (3) is April 20, 2009. Comments on items (2) and (5) should be submitted no later than May 18, 2009.
