ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-23 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT); (2) contracts with religious entities; and (3) performance-based payments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is December 26, 2007, except that the effective date for item (3) is January 25, 2008. Comments on item (1) should be submitted no later than February 26, 2008.
