ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-22 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) implementation of Section 104 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005; and (2) contractor code of business ethics and conduct.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is December 24, 2007.
