ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-14 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) common identification standard for contractors; (2) removal of sanctions against certain European Union countries; (3) free trade agreements with Bahrain and Guatemala; (4) free trade agreement with Morocco; and (5) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is November 22, 2006. Comments on Item (3) should be submitted no later than January 22, 2007.
