ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-10 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) Central Contractor Registration -- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) validation; (2) procedures related to Procurement Center Representatives; (3) submission of cost or pricing data on noncommercial modifications of commercial items; (4) implementation of Wage Determinations OnLine (WDOL); (5) Free Trade Agreements -- El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua; (6) buy-back of assets; and (7) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is July 28, 2006, except the effective date for Items (4), (5), and (7) is June 28, 2006. Comments on Items (4) and (5) should be submitted no later than August 28, 2006.
