ACTION: Proposed Rule
SYNOPSIS: It is proposed that FAR Subpart 15.6, Unsolicited Proposals, be amended to implement Section 834 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-296), which adds new considerations concerning the submission, receipt, evaluation, and acceptance or rejection of unsolicited proposals.
DATES: Comments are due on or before August 4, 2003.
