ACTION: Final Rule
SYNOPSIS: EPA is adopting as final with minor editorial changes one provision and three clauses that were added to the EPAAR by an interim rule dated October 3, 2000. These involved EPA's mentor-protege program and its small disadvantaged business participation program.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: On October 3, 2000, EPA published an interim rule which added to the EPAAR various provisions and clauses that were used in EPA solicitations but had not been subject to the formal rulemaking process and, therefore, was not in the EPAAR. The interim rule incorporated 15 provisions and clauses into the EPAAR and solicited comments on the added provisions and clauses. Among the 15 provisions and clauses were the following:

This rule adopts these as final with minor editorial changes. However, the other 11 provisions and clauses are not finalized by this rule.
