SYNOPSIS: EPA is publishing its policy regarding the use of ADR.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: The Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-320) requires that each federal agency adopt a policy that addresses the use of ADR. EPA's policy is presented under the following headings:
